Sands Academy
Our global training and development program provides Team Members with a variety of learning resources to help them fulfill their career objectives, grow professionally and achieve new heights through courses, learning tools, coaching opportunities and one-on-one consulting.
Sands Project Protect
Sands Project Protect safeguards our guests and Team Members against social issues by delivering solutions to promote responsible gaming practices, prevent financial crimes and implement counter-trafficking measures. Our goal is to lead the industry by exceeding government regulations in these areas.
Sands China F.I.T. Program
Helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) succeed is a top priority for Sands. Through the Sands China F.I.T. Program (Financial Support, Invitational Matching, and Training and Development), we provide SMEs with financial support, opportunities to connect with various areas of our business and training to advance their business skills.
