Sands Academy
Our global training and development program provides Team Members with a variety of learning resources to help them fulfill their career objectives, grow professionally and achieve new heights through courses, learning tools, coaching opportunities and one-on-one consulting.

Sands Project Protect
Sands Project Protect represents our commitment to safeguarding our guests, Team Members, partners and communities by providing solutions to prevent and mitigate a range of social issues.
Under this umbrella is a set of comprehensive global programs managed in multiple areas of our company to address responsible gaming, financial crime prevention and human trafficking prevention. For each of these programs, we maintain safeguards that fully meet government regulations and often exceed them in many areas.

Sands China F.I.T. Program
Helping small and medium enterprises (SMEs) succeed is a top priority for our company. Through the Sands China F.I.T. Program (financial support, invitational matching, and training and development), we provide SMEs with a variety of resources and tools to help them advance.
